If you haven’t already enabled and can’t log in to online banking, please reach out to our Help HQ team who can get you set up. On September 28, 2020, the enabling of two-step verification became mandatory for accessing Sunova GO Web (desktop) and Sunova GO (app). When logging on to Sunova GO or Sunova GO Web, you will be asked for your member number and password, along with the ‘second step’ which could include answering the security questions or inputting the one-time passcode received via email or text. This confirms it’s really YOU (the owner) accessing the account. Two-step verification provides added security and protects information, like banking, account, and other personal information, by asking security questions or sending one-time passcodes (either by email or text) as part of the login process when logging into your account from an unfamiliar device or browser. To better protect your online banking information, Sunova GO Web and Sunova GO (the app) utilize a feature called two-step verification.
